The video sharing buttons for embedding videos appear along with other BBCode buttons in the list when you post a new topic or reply. They work the same way you use B for bold and Quote for quoting etc.
Steps in this topic explain how to embed your favorite videos from each site.
How to Embed Video from Google
To embed videos from Google Video, use the FULL URL that your browser shows. And DONT use the EMBED thing that they show. Make sure to REMOVE the &something from your link as following shows. The bold part shows what you need to use:
So copy the bold part, then paste in your post where you want the video to appear. Highlight it with your mouse and hit the relevant button for the video.
For example, your link should look like this for video to show:
To show videos from YouTube, just use the FULL URL of the video that your browser shows. Or you can also use the URL that YouTube offers for linking. DONT USE the EMBED thing they show there.

Loveleeeeeeee that you picked Kajra Re as your demo video. That's the song me and the girls performed on stage last year, although our dance was a wee bit different. Thanks Khurram...looking forward to some kewl videos.
You can now also post your favorite videos from spike
Same way as others. Just copy the "URL" they have on their site for the video and "NOT" the full "Embed Clip Code".
Then paste the link anywhere you want it to appear in your post, remove the video name part, then select the link, highlight it with your mouse, and hit the "spike" button you see on the top of your post area.
For example, you need to remove the part shown in red from the link below:
Actually we can share videos from Break too now. I just wrote these modifications a few minutes back
So yeah, to use videos from break, the process is same. Copy the highlighted bold part of the code as following, from the EMBED code they have, and NOT THE page link of Video.
An example usage would be to first copy the embed code from the video EMBED panel, the search for the bold part:
Tried for few hours soofee ! Yahoo is complicated - as usual not user friendly
There is no easy way to show yahoo videos. 1, they use videos from outside yahoo as well. Second the direct link for videos wont work when embedding them:
Too complicated to write the code and even more complicated to explain to anyone how to actually use it. I want to send Yahoo a bill for wasting 3 hours on trying to write the code. I actually wrote the code and video appeared. But it was a different video then the one thats supposed to be showing with that link. So then I found out about this useless unnecessary coding that yahoo did in the backend. To make things work we need to dig in the actual yahoo embed code to find yet another "id" along with the "vid". Thats another hour to figure out this code and perhaps few more hours for anyone trying to learn to use it.
So yeah, in short, no solution to show yahoo videos till they start making things easier. Same thing with MSN Live videos. way too useless coding and way too complicated
I had this code written for years, finally looks like Dailymotion is there to stay.
To show videos, you will need to use the line from the EMBED code they have (as shown in bold below), and NOT from the page link of Video or the permalink.
